Some of our frequent asked questions

The product shows you have 1 in stock do you have 1 in stock - Yes we have all of our stock instore or on the way to us,  we do not operate a shadow stock.

It shows you have a certain quantity of a product in stock is this correct - Yes 99% of our stock is live and it is physically held with us, we do not operate a shadow stock status. The only caveat to that are Stinger engine spares and some high end transmitters where it will say 2day lead time.

Can I visit - Yes of course, we usually operate from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and sometimes at the weekends, its best to call to arrange just to ensure someone is here for your visit.

If I order today will it be posted today - Usually if an order is in before 3pm we aim to get it out on our 4pm Royal Mail collection. The only caveat is for items that have to go via courier which usually are prepared and sent the following working day.
