This web site is owned and operated by RC World Ltd, we are a family run business focusing on providing quality and niche products whilst delivering an efficient service. All of our stock is UK based and accurate on the site which is updated hourly. The stock on our site is purely dedicated for our internet orders. Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them into the basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be required to enter a few address details which the site will then calculate postage prices based on your location. If you are in a VAT free location it is at this point that the site will remove this for you. Then proceed to pay via credit / debit cardl via our secure payment process alternatively we offer a "card details over the phone" method where you place the order online and then please call us providing the relevant payment details. Please note that we will not process the order until we have recieved the payment details and they have been authorised.If you have made a mistake in your order or want to make some additions please contact us and we will be happy to correct this for you.

Shipping And Handling

Postage cost- During the checkout process, if you are paying by a credit or debit card as soon as you enter your address details the postage options will be displayed as our site factors the weight and the destination to calculate the shipping cost. Our aim is to despatch your order the same day for delivery which will be either by Royal Mail or Courier, ideally courier orders must be in by 9am to qualify for courier service but we will do our best after this time, Usually the courier service is next day but this isnt guaranteed. All courier packages require a signature, should you re arange for the driver to leave your package in a safe place of your choice and then the package goes missing we can not be held responsible for this.

From time to time we may send your items via a different postal / courier service due to the products ordered, the size and weight limits and other circumstances where we deem it more sensible to do so.

If you use a forwarding company we will only deal with the package up to the point of entry with the forwrding company if it is lost or damaged from then onwards then we are not responsible for this,

Delivery Schedule

We aim to process the order the same day. We are unable to offer a guarenteed next day service.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and dispatched when the item becomes available.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is included, for locations that are exempt the site will remove the VAT once you enter your address during the checkout process.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed. We never store credit or debit card details on any of our systems.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive / Consumer Contracts Regulations. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a refund. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days usually sooner, we reserve the right to charge £1 to cover the card fees charged or the original Paypal fee that was charged to us at the time of ordering. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition and at a reasonable cost. Should the product be deemed faulty all items should be returned via the most economical way, please discuss this with us before returning an item. We will not refund excessive return postal charges. We require the' faulty' item to be returned to us so we can test / asses and return the product to the supplier. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future. None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder. We can not accept refunds for software products ie simulators or where a set length of a product has been provided and it has been cut shorter than the size that it was originally purchased at.
